 Every bedroom (and living/great room) has a ceiling fan. And we’re not talking cheap discount-store fans. We’re talking high-quality fans made by companies such as Hunter and Harbor Breeze. 

 Most other contractors won’t bother to install the necessary cabling and hardware. Around here, though, we keep your needs in mind! During the building process, we will walk your through home with the electrician and mark all the locations in every bedroom.. All your cable or satellite tv tech has to do is run their line to your exterior cable/satellite!

 We exclusively utilize premium Sherwin Williams or wall paint from reputable brands, guaranteeing high quality. You have the option to select up to 3 colors for your entire home, with the possibility of adding additional colors for an extra fee. Our painting services are outsourced to skilled professionals who have been part of our team for many years. 

 Our standard kitchen cabinetry offers stained or painted wood, finished shelving, soft close hinges, crown molding, hidden hinges, and essential hardware. Personalization options include selecting knob and handle finishes, as well as choosing between beveled or flat panel face designs. Optional cabinetry features decorative glass panels, under-cabinet task lighting, and corner cabinet 'lazy susans' for enhanced functionality.

 All of our homes come standard with name-brand  stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, flat-top range, and combination microwave/range-hood, all backed by a warranty. We ensure that every fridge electrical outlet has a water hookup, accommodating units with icemakers or in-door water sources.

 In all of our homes, you will find stylish decorator light fixtures in the dining room and above each bathroom vanity. These fixtures are thoughtfully chosen to enhance the aesthetics of these spaces. For hallways and other rooms, we provide high-quality light fixtures that may be less elaborate but still maintain a premium standard. Unless you already have all your selections, we normally have an allowance budget, allowing you to personalize the look to your liking. 

 In each of our master bedrooms, you will find walk-in closets that are equipped with a practical and efficient storage solution. These closets feature heavy-duty wood shelving arranged in two tiers: one upper tier and one lower tier. This design maximizes the storage space available for your belongings. 

 We use high grade,  name brand vinyl windows, such as Atruim, Plygem, etc.. All of our standard windows are  single hung, double pane, insulated glass with your choice of grids or none. 

 Elevate the elegance of your living room with the addition of a gas log fireplace, offering both style and functionality. Equipped with built-in blowers, these fireplaces efficiently heat the entire living room, even in spaces with high cathedral ceilings. Furthermore, you have the option to personalize your hearth according to your preferences. For those who desire a more traditional touch, true wood-burning fireplaces are also available as an option for any home. 

 We offer the flexibility to customize your flooring by upgrading from our standard carpet and vinyl options to premium hardwood and ceramic tile. We are committed to creating a personalized living space that truly reflects your unique style and preferences.  Customize the lighting in your home by optional track or recessed lighting fixtures. These fixtures are perfect for accentuating specific areas of interest or providing additional illumination to frequently used workspaces.  Our standard homes in all the baths come equipped with fiberglass inserts shower/ or tub as standard amenities. However, for those seeking an elevated bathing experience, we offer the option to upgrade from the standard fiberglass shower to a luxurious full-tile shower. This upgrade allows you to customize your master bath and create a spa-like ambiance, transforming your daily routine into a truly indulgent experience. 

 If you desire additional illumination beyond our standard overhead recessed kitchen lighting fixtures, you have the option to select under cabinet task lighting. These lighting fixtures are designed to fit seamlessly beneath the cabinets, providing focused light for your countertop workspace. All our under-cabinet lighting fixtures are equipped with hidden power cords, ensuring a clean and clutter-free appearance.  

 Our exterior French doors are equipped with energy-efficient double glass panes that offer superior insulation. These panes feature grids positioned between them, adding a touch of elegance to the doors. Just like all our exterior doors, you have the option to select either brushed nickel or polished brass hardware finishes, allowing you to customize the look to match your personal style and preference. 

  These energy-efficient windows have two glass panes with insulating gas and grids, along with vinyl cladding and insect screens. The double hung allows you to open the top and the bottom windows. Additional choices include arched and bay windows. 

 Our energy-efficient windows, including arched windows, boast dual-pane vinyl construction with grids and insulating gas in-between. You have the freedom to select the size and placement of these windows. In some of our larger floor plans, arched windows come as a standard feature. We also offer additional options such as double-hung and bay windows to further personalize your home's design.
